Constraints	How to prevent them
Risks/Accidents For e.g - tripping over wires, destroying equipment, a prop/equipment going missing.	To prevent them do a risk assessment first
Time/Absent Crew members not showing up on time or a crew member not coming in and not being informed.	To prevent this there should be a time schedule so members know when to be show up and crew members should inform anyone from the crew a few days before that they wont be there.
Budget. Being expensive	The idea should be ideal for a sustainable budget
Equipment not available	Book in advance to avoid a slow down process.
Crew/contestants not enthusiastic	Have people who are willing to participate and be excited so the ending product will be successful
