Blurred Movement is a technique where you blur the subject. There has to be a small amount of movement to create this technique and you make sure that the background is in focus but the subject is out of focus.
In order to create these images you have to set your camera to the following:
- TV
- The Aperture has to be 9
- Shutter Speed: 1/25
- ISO: 3200
