Notes:

• The opening sequence and Title came together well for the start of the Staff Awards.
• It was quite emotional seeing The Nelson Mandaela Tribute of everyone clapping for him.
• The production value was high and made a difference for students to do the Staff Awards.
• The Staff Awards was filmed in High Definition (HD)
• Staff dressed up for the event and looked professional.
• A few staff were emotional when receiving their awards.
• The team handled the pressure well.
• The Client had confidence in us that the Staff Awards was going to be a success.

Improvements:

• Make sure that the team has the right people to be interviewed.
• Try to make sure that the Staff Awards start on time.
• Have more group interviews and less individual interviews.
• Make sure that the people being interviewed are dressed well.
